Life After Retirement

एक व्यक्ति अपने और अपने परिवार की आजीविका के लिए जीवन भर मेहनत करता है। इस अवधि में, वह जीवन के विभिन्न चरणों से गुजरता है, वह कई ऊपर और नीचे का सामना करता है और एक विजेता के रूप में उभरता है। जैसा कि वह अपने परिवार का रोटी कमाने वाला है, वह हर स्थिति को आशावादी रूप से लेता है ताकि वह अपनी नौकरी न खोए और अपने स्तर को उस उच्च और उच्च स्थिति तक पहुंचाने की पूरी कोशिश करे। हालांकि, कई उदाहरण हैं, जहां नियोक्ता कर्मचारियों को सिफारिश, भाई-भतीजावाद, पक्षपात या रिश्वत, आदि के आधार पर आग लगाते हैं।

किसी प्रतिष्ठित संगठन में अच्छी नौकरी पाने का सपना हर व्यक्ति का होता है। इसे पूरा करने के लिए, वह जाने-माने विश्वविद्यालयों से मेधावी ग्रेड के साथ अच्छी शिक्षा प्राप्त करता है। लेकिन कभी-कभी इतना प्रयास करने के बाद भी, एक व्यक्ति पक्षपात, भाई-भतीजावाद, और अन्य व्यक्तिगत एहसानों के नाम पर विफलताओं का सामना करता है। इतना ही नहीं, बल्कि समाज की ऐसी बुराइयों के कारण उनके अच्छे प्रदर्शन को भी कम करके आंका जाएगा। यदि कोई भी कंपनी अपने कर्मचारियों को उनके वास्तविक प्रदर्शन और समस्या-समाधान की क्षमताओं के बजाय इन कारकों के आधार पर न्याय करती है, तो यह समझा जा सकता है कि कोई आश्चर्य नहीं कि यह नुकसान में पड़ जाएगा और असली रत्न खो जाएगा।

कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता, एक व्यक्ति अपने परिवार के लिए रोटी और मक्खन कमाने के लिए इन सभी स्थितियों से गुजरता है। वह इन सभी परिदृश्यों का सामना करता रहता है और इस अवधि में वेतन वृद्धि और पदोन्नति भी प्राप्त करता है। वह पूरी मेहनत करता है और अपने परिवार के लिए ठोस काम करता है।

और अंततः, वह किसी दिन कड़ी मेहनत और व्यस्त कार्यक्रम के बाद किसी दिन रिटायर हो जाता है। वह अपने करियर के साथ-साथ अच्छा सम्मान नाम, प्रसिद्धि और आजीविका कमाता है। और अचानक जब उसे पता चलता है कि उसकी सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद कुछ करने के लिए बहुत कुछ नहीं है, तो वह घर के कामों में व्यस्त हो जाता है और खुद को अपने कब्जे में रखने की कोशिश करता है।

जब समय बीतता है, वह समझता है कि वह अपने परिवार के लिए उतना महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है जितना कि वह अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति से पहले हुआ करता था। वह धीरे-धीरे डिप्रेशन में जाने लगता है। जीवन के इस चरण में उसे कुछ भी नहीं रुचता क्योंकि उसके बच्चे भी उसकी उपेक्षा करते हैं। ऐसी स्थितियों में, वह कई अन्य बीमारियों से ग्रस्त हो जाता है और बीमार पड़ जाता है। उनके बच्चे अब अपने माता-पिता के बजाय अपने परिवारों को महत्व देते हैं।

इसलिए, खुद को अर्जित करते समय, खुद को अपने कब्जे में रखने के लिए, उन्हें अपनी सेवानिवृत्ति की योजना बनानी होगी। वे या तो अपनी कमाई को सेवानिवृत्ति की नीतियों में डाल सकते हैं जो उन्हें सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद हर महीने उनके वेतन के बराबर राशि देती है, या वे अपनी रुचि के किसी भी व्यवसाय की योजना बना सकते हैं या संपत्ति में निवेश कर सकते हैं और उन्हें किराए पर ले सकते हैं ताकि सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद उनका जीवन भी हो पहले की तरह कब्जा कर लिया।

इसलिए ऐसी अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों से बचने के लिए, किसी को अतिरिक्त सतर्क रहना होगा ताकि जीवन में बाद में कोई पछतावा न हो।

 A person works hard all his life for his and his family's livelihood. In this span, he goes through the different phases, he faces many up's and down's and emerges as a winner all through. As he is the bread earner of his family, he takes every situation optimistically so that he would not lose his livelihood and tries his best to reach that higher and higher positions. However, there are many instances, where he has to go through many tough times like firing the employees due to recommendations, nepotism, favoritism, partiality or bribery, etc.

Every person has a dream to get a good job in a reputed organization. To fulfil this, he undergoes good education from well-known universities with meritorious grades. But sometimes even after putting so much effort, one faces failures in the name of favouritism, nepotism bribing, and other personal favours. Not only that, but his good performance also will be underestimated due to such evils of society. If any company judges its employees based on these factors instead of their actual performances and problem-solving abilities, it can be understood that no wonder it would get into loss and lose the real gems.                                                 

No matter what, one goes through all these situations to keep earning for his family. He keeps facing all these odds and struggles to get increments and promotions. He does all the hard work and stands rock solid for his family. 

And ultimately, he retires someday after a long duration of hard work and a busy schedule. He earns good respect name, fame, and livelihood all along his career. And suddenly when he realizes that there's nothing much to do after retirement, he gets busy with household chores and tries to keep himself occupied.

When the time passes, he understands that he's not as important to his family as he used to be before. He slowly starts getting into depression. Nothing interests him in this phase as his children too ignore him. In such situations, he gets prone to different ailments and falls sick. His children too give attention to their families rather than their parents.

Therefore, while earning itself one have to plan for their retirement, to keep themselves occupied even after retirement. They can either put their earnings in retirement policies which gives them the amount equal to their salaries every month after retirement too, or they could plan for any business of their interest or invest in the properties and rent them or invest in mutual funds, so that their life after retirement too would be as occupied and fruitful as before.

Hence to avoid such unforeseen circumstances, one has to be extra cautious so that there would be no regret in life later. And spend their personal space with their loved ones which they lapsed at the time of their service, and rejuvenate their lives.
