Better Leaders-Men Or Women

Women are more committed to their work and only relax after the completion of their projects. Whereas men want their breaks from time to time and their concentration levels also differ. And hence the time taken for completion of work also is a little longer. Not only that but the accuracy levels of their work, the data extracted, the procedure adhered to, etc will be better than men as women are bound to deliver the quality work and they assure and reassure their assignments before submission.

Women are often titled as multi-taskers, as they look after their personal and professional lives both, with optimum accountability. Whereas men want most of their responsibilities to be handled by their spouses at a personal level, as they can concentrate only on their work.

Let any number of surveys be conducted in the competition of being excellent, one can never ignore the fact that, how much ever they differ in their opinion, upbringing, race or community, men and women both are interdependent on each other. One can never survive without the other be it from friends to family to jobs to society to the smooth functioning of nations, or various other sectors. When both work together hand in hand, then only any mission can succeed.
